Veterinarian Used and Approved
Glacier Peak Holistics have been helping pets live their best lives for more than 14 years, with over 80,000 tests performed!
This test is not a traditional dog or cat allergy test or DNA testing kit. Unlike traditional pet allergy testing, our test uses Biofeedback technology with hair and saliva samples to identify intolerances and sensitivities. Your pet's personalized results are based on over 395 food and environmental factors. With diet changes and a few added supplements, you can help your pets live their best lives.
Many people ask, “What can I give my dog for allergies?” Then they invest in cat or dog allergy medicine or expensive specialty or raw dog food, without ever truly understanding the root cause of the symptoms. Many people are looking for natural remedies for dog allergies and don’t realize it may be as easy as changing the food and environmental stressors of their pet.
Recommended for pets over 6 months of age.
We understand that your pet may be experiencing extreme symptoms, so we do our best to get the results to you as quickly as possible. However, we cannot process your kit without filling out the registration form at gphtest.com with your unique barcode, located on your registration card.
The Pet Intolerance Test also works for cats! Simply check dog or cat when you register your kit. We'll take it from there.

How to gather samples
HOW TO GATHER SAMPLES:
- Carefully remove the swabs from the biohazard bag, only touching one end.
- Swab your pet's mouth using all three at once or one at a time.
- Carefully put them back in the biohazard bag with the wet end at the bottom.
- Options to collect hair:
- Use a clean, unused brush or comb (it’s important that the hair not be contaminated by any other pet or human).
- Gently pull out a small amount of shedding hair (the size of a quarter will do).
- Cut hair from the rump or chest area.
- For hairless pets, make sure to get the swabs very wet with the saliva from your pet's mouth. We can still run the test this way.
- Put the hair in the biohazard bag with the swabs and close it using the zip closure on the end.
- Place the biohazard bag into the shipping bag with the return label already attached (US only).
- Please save a copy of your tracking number.
- Drop off at your local Postal Office.

"I have been familiar with bio-resonance testing for many years, and I have complete confidence with their results. I am delighted that Glacier Peak Holistics is offering their wellness scan for pets. As a holistic vet who does consultation work now, this test has helped me identify stressors that helped us resolve many health issues. I just did a Wellness Life Stress Scan (Pet Intolerance Test) for my senior dog last week." -Dennis W. Thomas, DVM, CVA
*Pets are not retested until six months have elapsed. This ensures that the sensitivities have been eliminated for the full 60 days, a gradual intolerance reintroduction has happened, and the immune system is given ample time to heal and recover.
** This is NOT a traditional dog allergy test done in a medical laboratory. It is a non-invasive analysis that can detect factors contributing to dog allergy-type symptoms. It is not meant to be a substitute for traditional dog allergy testing with blood samples.
If your test kit came with a paper intake sheet, please complete the form and send it in with your samples. We are transitioning from paper intake forms to a barcode registration. You may receive a paper intake form or a barcode for digital registration if you purchase from a retail store. Thank you for your understanding as we move to paperless.
FAQ
Q: How long does it take to receive my results?
A: Glacier Peak Holistics will complete your pet's scan within 7-10 business days after we receive your samples. We will send you confirmation via email when we receive the samples. The email will come from gphtest@glacierpeakholistics.com. Please add the email address to your contact list to avoid having it sent to your SPAM (especially for free email accounts such as Hotmail, Yahoo & Gmail).
Q: How will I receive my test results?
A: Your results will be sent by email directly to the email address you provide on the registration form after the test has been completed.
Q: My dog has short hair or doesn't shed. Can I trim or cut hair for their sample?
A: Yes, trimming the dog's hair for the hair sample is okay. Please try to get a quarter-size amount of hair.
Q: How accurate is this analysis?
A: Biofeedback has been approved by the FDA for detecting stressors and sensitivities. There is no true way to determine accuracy; we rely on customer feedback and have completed over 75,000 tests with outstanding results. Please keep in mind that we are testing for intolerances and sensitivities rather than true allergies. True-born allergies are much less common in pets and can be detected using blood tests.
Q: What's the best way to get the saliva samples?
A: The best way to get saliva samples is to hold all three cotton swabs on one end and swab the inside of the mouth along the gum line and cheek area with the opposite end. This will get all three swabs wet at once. It is also helpful to wait until just before a meal.
Q: Now that I have my results, what do I do with them?
A: Your results will be your pet's road map to achieving optimum health. You will see what foods your pet is currently sensitive to, which will help you steer clear of ingredients that trigger itching, irritation, and other unwanted allergy-type symptoms. Your results will also have beneficial product recommendations based on your pet's profile. We are not recommending that you purchase all products listed. These are simply suggestions for items that could benefit your pet's health and well-being. They are an important step in addressing the energetic imbalances such as a weak immune system or the presence of yeast and candida. Identifying potential food and environmental sensitivities is an important first step, but addressing your pet's energetic imbalances is where you will see the real, lasting transformation.Q: What does the Energetic Imbalances section mean?
A: The biofeedback analysis identified the Energetic Imbalances highlighted as areas in need of improvement. Please keep in mind that the items highlighted do not constitute a diagnosis. The scan results don't tell us what's wrong with each ailment, only that at the time the test was run, stress was detected for that imbalance. The marked items are imbalances discovered in your pet's health that may require some additional solutions to help eliminate.
Q: I sent both of my pets' samples at the same time and have only received an email confirming that one of them arrived. Do you have the other sample?
A: We frequently receive samples mailed at the same time on different days. It all depends on the postal carrier. I would not worry; they should arrive at our facility soon, and we will email you when they arrive safely.Q: How long does it take for samples to arrive at the Biofeedback facility with the provided shipping label/envelope?
A: Samples typically arrive within 5-15 business days depending on where they are mailed from. Please keep in mind that our facility is located in a very rural area in Rexford, MT (population 80), so they may take a little longer to arrive; also, the wild Montana weather can cause delivery delays. If you are concerned about the location of your samples, please look up the tracking number at USPS.com.Q: What happens if my samples are lost in transit?
A: Samples are occasionally lost during transit. Our company policy requires that we give the samples up to 30 days to reach our biofeedback facility. However, if the samples do not arrive within 30 days and you do not receive an email confirming their arrival, please contact us at info@glacierpeakholistics.com.
